Excellent Resort Experience

The hotel offers many activities daily for kids. A few different restaurants are available in the all inclusive package. The staff accommodated my group's allergies really well, and I felt safe. There is a kids club and a private beach. There are three pools and one pool includes a bar.

The food at breakfast did not change from day to day. There were almost no fresh vegetables except for cucumbers and tomatoes. The coffee machine did not work very well.

The employees at the hotel are very helpful, and they are fast when it comes to room service. They made sure that my room had everything I needed quickly and without issues. I was impressed with the quick response.

The resort had diverse and original drinks, and authentic and international food. I had a very nice stay because the staff were always nice. They also helped me with everything I needed, like dietary requirements and food allergies.

The hotel had good activities for children and I found the breakfast to be generous. It was so rich! the pool area was really nice! the staff were always helpful and kind, which i found quite charming.

The soundproofing could have been better. I could hear some noise from the lobby.
